About Me

Influence by listening, not persuasion

What sets me apart is how I approach influence. Through years of working closely with young children, I learned that real connection doesn’t come from explaining more - it comes from listening better.

In practice, people often express ideas that sound unpolished, incomplete, or even naïve at first. But meaningful dialogue only happens when you take those ideas seriously enough to look for the logic underneath them. Once that logic is recognized, conversations naturally move forward.

That mindset shapes how I work with stakeholders and teams. I don’t lead by pushing my thinking upfront. Instead, I listen for intent, patterns, and signals, then build on what’s already there.
